Gin & Tonic (Delicate)
1.5 oz (45ml) Rossi D’Angera Gin
Top with Fever Tree Indian Tonic
Method (Build Over Ice): Pour all ingredients over ice directly in a Highball glass. Stir gently to mix.
Garnish: Lime wheel or wedge

Bicicletta (Aka Aragosta)
1 oz (30ml) Portofino Gin
2 oz (60ml) Campari
3 oz. (90ml) Dry White Wine
Method (Build Over Ice): Pour all ingredients directly into an ice filled Wine Glass. Stir gently to mix.
Garnish: Orange slice
