Angolada: A 'Disney' Bitters Cocktail & Tour Finale | Cocktail Fridays

In the final leg of the 2016 Tiki Tour, we head down to Anaheim, California to visit Trader Sams Enchanted Tiki Bar, and recreate their version of the Angostura Colada: The Angolada.

1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Angostura Bitters
1 oz Coconut Cream
1 oz Overproof Jamaican Rum

Build cocktail in a shaker, add ice cubes and shake to froth up coconut cream and juices, pour into collins glass over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves or cherry, enjoy!
