ANGOSTURA AMARO COBBLER Cocktail Recipe



The Angostura Amaro Cobbler cocktail is a bitter variation on a classic cobbler. The original recipe calls for Amaro di Angostura and housemade pineapple syrup which brings an abundance of flavour.

INGREDIENTS
– 45mL Amaro di Angostura
– 15mL Dry Vermouth
– 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
– 15mL Pineapple Syrup

HOW TO
1. Fill your julep cup with crushed ice
2. Add all the ingredients
3. Stir briefly & top with crushed ice
4. Garnish with fresh seasonal fruit ie. pineapple, berries, mint
