Apple Brandy Gin Fizz
1 oz Apple Brandy
1 oz Gin
.5 oz Lemon
.5 oz simple
.5 oz egg white
Top with Prosecco
Peychaud’s bitters

Add all ingredients to mixing glass and dry shake. Add ice and shake more- roughly 30-45 seconds. Double Strain into champagne glass and top with brut champagne. Add b2-3 dashes of bitters to the top of the foam and enjoy!
