On this episode of Atlas at Home, Bygone bar manager William Escalante explains the history of the Sazerac classic cocktail and shows us how to make the perfect Sazerac using Demerara, Rye Whiskey, Angostura bitters, Peychaud’s Bitters and Absinthe wash.
