In this video I show you how to make your very own bitters formula using items easily found in your local grocery store or spice cabinet. Bitters are a great way to enhance digestion by stimulating gastric juices, enzymes, easing gas, and more! Take your bitters 15 minutes before meals for best results or afterwards in the case of overindulgence or indigestion. A typical dosage is a half dropper or so directly onto the tongue.
**Don’t forget to strain out your herbs after the 2-4 week infusion time. You can put the finished product in a dropper bottle for ease of use. You can also use this as you would cocktail bitters: a few drops per glass of tonic water or mixed drink.
