Do you have a sluggish gallbladder?

In this video I talk about my experience with a sluggish gallbladder and the things I’m doing to improve it’s function for better digestion and absorption of fats. In recent years it’s become a common thing to have a sluggish gallbladder partly because of very low fat diets that don’t stimulate bile production. A lot of people when transitioning to higher fat diet experience pain when they eat a fatty meal.

The gallbladder is a very important organ in the body not only for fat metabolism and better digestion but also it can play an important role on thyroid health. Thyroid issues are usually a secondary problem to something else and problems with the gallbladder are a common one.

The tips I mention in this video are:
1- Start increasing the amount of fat to the diet gradually and if you are just starting to eat fat, stick ti butter and coconut oil which are very quick and easy to digest.
