Dry Shake vs Reverse Dry Shake – Whiskey Sour with Egg White

We are attempting a dry shake vs reverse dry shake in a Whiskey Sour. We’ve never made a whiskey sour, with egg white, we’ve never put eggs in a cocktail! This is a classic cocktail recipe done two ways, let’s see what works the best.

Whiskey Sour Ingredients:
– 2 oz or 60 ml of Bourbon (or Rye)
– 0.5 oz or 15 ml of Simple Syrup
– 0.75 oz or 22 ml of Fresh Lemon Juice
– 1 Egg White
– Garnish: Angostura Bitters

New videos are uploaded on Thursday. We try weird ingredients, taste tests, and mixing up DIY cocktails while not taking anything too seriously. We hope you will share the journey with us and let us know what you’d like to see us try next! Be sure to subscribe for more cocktail goodness:
