We are attempting a dry shake vs reverse dry shake in a Whiskey Sour. We’ve never made a whiskey sour, with egg white, we’ve never put eggs in a cocktail! This is a classic cocktail recipe done two ways, let’s see what works the best.
Whiskey Sour Ingredients:
– 2 oz or 60 ml of Bourbon (or Rye)
– 0.5 oz or 15 ml of Simple Syrup
– 0.75 oz or 22 ml of Fresh Lemon Juice
– 1 Egg White
– Garnish: Angostura Bitters
