Sour Series, but don’t let the name fool you.
Not sure if you like Mezcal? Start with the Vida and work your way up. Start with the Mezcal Sour and enjoy from there. The Vida Mezal is excellent for mixing cocktails.

The Mezcal Sour | Cocktail Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Mezcal (Vida)
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Ginger Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
2 -3 Dashes of Fee brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
3 Drops Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitter’s and a Dehydrated Lime Wheel on top for a Garnish.

Method:
I show you how to dry shake and reverse dry shake in this video. Personally, I always get
the best results when shaking my cocktails with egg this way.
Double strain and Garnish with the Scrappy’s and the dehydrated lime wheel. You can omit the lime wheel if you like. But the bitter’s really are amazing.
