How To Make A Sake Bamboo Cocktail | #shorts

#shorts recipe time, and today for World Sake Day (日本酒の日) I’m making a Sake Bamboo. I first tried this cocktail at a restaurant in London called Apothecary, where it’s called ‘House Bamboo’. After doing a little research around the ingredients, I found out that it is indeed a thing, but also based on the traditional Bamboo cocktail which is normally made out of sherry instead of sake. For my take on the Sake Bamboo, you’ll need:

• Ice
• 30ml Vermouth Bianco
• 60ml junmai sake
• A couple of dashes of Angostura bitters
• Orange peel
