What You Need:
• rye whiskey
• Angostura bitters
• Peychaud’s bitters
• Absinthe
• sugar
• lemon
• ice
• 2 Rocks glasses
• muddler
• strainer

How You Do It:
1. Fill one glass (glass A) to the brim with ice, let it chill.
2. In the other (glass B), add one sugar cube.
3. Add two dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.
4. Add one dash of Angostura bitters.
5. Muddle the sugar cube and bitters.
6. Add 2.5 ounces of rye whiskey.
7. Take glass A and discard all the ice in it.
8. Add a splash of absinthe to glass A.
9. Swirl it around to coat.
10. Dump out the absinthe.
11. Strain the contents of glass B into glass A.
12. Run a lemon twist along the rim, and drop it in.
13. You’ve just made a Sazerac. Cheers!
