How to make digestive bitters #herbalism

In this video, I discuss how to make digestive bitters. I spoke about the benefits of taking digestive bitters in my video on herbs for digestion, see link: To recap, digestive bitters get the digestive process going by stimulating enzyme production. These enzymes help break down meat, carbs, dairy and other difficult to digest foods. They also help detox your body and calm your stomach. I encourage you to make digestive bitters part of your routine.

After grinding up the herbs, place them into the mason jar and mix with the ACV or 80proof alcohol. Place on window sill and shake every day for 2-3 weeks. Strain with cheesecloth and then place into tincture bottles. Take a teaspoon of the tincture 10-15 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
