Often confused with, or served interchangeably with The Sidecar, the original Crusta recipe adheres to the classic cocktail formulation of spirit, bitters, sugar, water, but adds a SQUEEZE OF LEMON, so is actually much more spirit forward than its relation. The over the top garnish and glassware is what really set it apart at the time so if you have a fancy glass to serve in in, it’ll taste even better!

60ml (2oz) brandy
15ml (1/2oz) dry curacao
15ml (1/2oz) fresh lemon juice
10ml (1/3oz) maraschino liqueur (optional)
