Ingredients:
– Six eggs
– 1/2 tsp lime zest
– 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp All spice
– 2 tsp Vanilla
– 1/2 tsp Angostura bitters
– 1/2 tsp almond extract
– 3 Cans evaporated milk
– 2 Cans condensed milk

Punch Preparation:
– Whisk 6 eggs together
– Add lime zest, mix.
– Add evaporated and condensed milk, mix.
-Add all spices, mix
– Strain punch to remove solid ingredients.
– Pour in a bottle container and store in refrigerator. In the Caribbean we pour the punch in the rum bottle for storage.
-Serve best on ice.
