Who is ready to leave 2020 behind them? In this video I’ll teach you how to make the Seelbach cocktail, a perfect New Year’s Eve cocktail whether you’re throwing a virtual cocktail party or holding a small socially distanced gathering.

SEELBACH – WHAT YOU NEED:

1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon
1/2 (15 ml) Cointreau
4-7 Dashes Angostura Bitters
4-7 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Espumante – Sparkling white white, champagne or prosecco

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Add Bourbon, Cointreau and bitters to a shaker
Shake with ice
Double Strain into champagne glass
Top with espumante

Garnish with orange and enjoy
