We’ve recently been on a Heater, and I don’t mean rolling 10′ and 11’s. It’s been HOT.
This week we are traveling to Spain and teaching you how to make their version of the Gin and Tonic ( The best version).
You may be used to the regular Gin and Tonic. The plastic bottle rail special that is made with tonic from a soda gun and lime. The Spanish version is everything that the “regular” G+T wants to be, and so much more.
The Spanish Gin and Tonic is all about variety. The only rule is, well it’s not really a rule as much as it’s a guideline, you have to use good Gin and good Tonic. Everything else is up to you. The garnishes that we use in the video, we feel, pair well with the gin we used. Obviously you can pick whichever garnishes you want.
