3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2.0 oz Rye Whiskey
1 barspoon (1/4 oz) Pernod / Absinthe

Of course,

Because of the use of Absinthe, you’ll get a bit of a black licorice “anise” flavor on the backend; also, Peychaud bitters brings that too. So, that doesn’t help if you’re against the flavor profile.
