RECIPES:
50/50 Sazerac
– In a large mixing glass, stir:
– 1 1/4 oz rye whiskey
– 1 1/4 oz cognac
– 1/4 oz simple syrup
– 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
– Rinse a chilled rocks glass with wormwood bitters
– Strain the contents of the large mixing glass into the rinsed rocks glass
– Garnish with an expressed lemon twist

Classic Daquiri
– 2 oz light rum
– 1 oz lime juice
– 3/4 oz simple syrup
– Shake and strain into a chilled coupe
– Garnish with a lime twist
