- Freeze the apple if you like a chilled drink.
Put the frozen apple cuts and overnight soaked walnuts into a blender. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon spice and vanilla extract.
- Add a teaspoon of flax seed and a tablespoon of honey according to your preferred sweetness. Then, pour a glass of dairy-free milk (unsweetened) into the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients properly until you have a thick liquid.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle some loose cinnamon on top. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
This vegan drink is almost like dessert, so it’s better to enjoy it at room temperature and not turn it into an ice cream flavor.
