Gin Cocktails
The Ginger Rogers is a revitalizing cocktail drink that’s perfect for summer gatherings. This drink was first created in 1995 by Marcovaldo Dionysos at Portland’s Zefiro. It became one of the most ordered drinks at the Absinthe Brasserie and Bar in San Francisco and has gained popularity since then.
This gin-based drink is also the drink that inspired the book,The Art of the Bar. This cocktail is very easy to make and only takes a few minutes to prepare.
