Whiskey Cocktails

Fill the highball glass half with ice cubes and set aside.

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour the whiskey, matcha powder, lemon juice, and syrup over the ice and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into the highball glass.
- Top with the club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve with a straw.
Recipe Note
The original recipe uses Japanese whisky. But if you don’t have it, choose a smoky whiskey with a hint of peat.
Additionally, the matcha powder can become lumpy and settle at the base of the shaker. As a result, you may not get the proper flavor balance as it might not mix well with the other ingredients.
