Freeze the apple if you like a chilled drink.
Put the frozen apple cuts and overnight soaked walnuts into a blender. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon spice and vanilla extract.
- Add a teaspoon of flax seed and a tablespoon of honey according to your preferred sweetness. Then, pour a glass of dairy-free milk (unsweetened) into the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients properly until you have a thick liquid.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle some loose cinnamon on top. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
Be careful when adding rose extract. It is strong, which can overpower the drink.
