SOJU -Is a clear, colorless distilled alcoholic beverage of Korean origin.Usually consumed neat, and its alcohol content varies from 16% to 53% alcohol by volume.Most brands of soju are made from South Korea.
Soju is stronger than Beer (4% to 8%) or wine about 13% but packs a weaker than 40% vodka alcohol.
Soju is served as traditional drink with their spicy Korean Meals, also used to enhance the flavor of the meal.
YAKULT is mainly known as a kid’s drink, but Korean has put their own spin.Called Yogurt Soju, this drink consist of mixing yakult ,soju and Chilsung Cider (Korea’s version of Sprite) into a easy drink cocktail.(50% Chilsung Cider,25% Yakult,25% soju)
