Shipping and Returns
We ship Monday to Friday, and your order will ship within 2 business days of it being placed.
Free shipping for Supplies orders over $75, and flat rate $10 shipping for all other supplies orders.
We can ship our bitters, bar tools, and mixers anywhere in the Contiguous US. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We ship 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. If for any reason there is a delay, our shipping department will notify you immediately.

What happens if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver my package?
If boxes are returned to us because the carrier tried to deliver 3 times unsuccessfully, we are happy to re-ship the items to you to a different address, for an additional shipping fee of your original shipping rate.
If a box is undeliverable, and there is no alternate shipping address, we are happy to refund the item, minus the shipping rate.
How can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you decide to change the shipping address once the box departs our warehouse, we're happy to help. There will be a $10 re-routing fee.
For alcohol orders, it is only possible to re-route boxes within the original shipping state. If you'd like to change the shipping state, we'll need to return the box to our warehouse and re-ship the box again, plus the shipping fee again.
How do I cancel an order after it has been shipped?
If you wish to cancel an order after the shipping has been processed you will need to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Canceling the order may not be possible and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
What should I do if my Items are damaged in transit?
If your items have been damaged in transit please reach out to email@example.com as soon as possible and we will be happy to get a replacement or a refund issued to you.
How long do I have to pick up my order when I select In-Store Pickup?
We will hold all In-Store Pickup order for 60 days in the customers name. If for any reason you will not be able to pick up your order within the 60 day window feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to hold your order until your preferred pickup day.
If we do not hear from you within the 60 day time frame we will issue you full refund for the purchase and the item will no longer be held in the customer's name.
In-store: We will exchange any un-opened, un-used bitters, barware, and mixers. All alcohol sales are final.
